About Mathew Gomes

Mathew Gomes is a Functional Health, Nutrition & Longevity Coach who helps busy professionals reverse early health decline – fatigue, weight gain, rising blood pressure, gut issues, poor sleep, chronic stress and inflammation – before it turns into serious disease. Trained in Functional Nutrition Coaching (AAFH), certified in executive coaching (ICF, EMCC), and grounded in engineering and an MBA, he brings rare systems thinking and strategic clarity to health restoration.

His work is shaped by lived experience: years in high-pressure leadership roles, limited functional health knowledge, and a personal health crisis that forced him to deeply understand his own biology and fully restore his health using functional methods – the same principles he now guides clients through.
